GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR PARAGLIDING FLIGHTS BY ABOVE Please note that all ABOVE instructors are graduates of a state-approved training program. Registration for services provided by ABOVE instructors implies acceptance of the general sales conditions. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO TANDEM OR TWO-SEATER FLIGHTS The tandem or two-seater flight is considered a discovery activity in the sport of paragliding, and therefore requires the active participation of the passenger, who must listen to the instructor's instructions and apply them. The instructor cannot replace the passenger's participation, particularly during the take-off and landing phases. Anyone can sign up for a tandem or two-seater flight, but only the school's instructors can decide whether or not to go ahead with the flight, for safety reasons, right up to the last moment. For safety reasons, instructors may interrupt or shorten the activity at any time. Only the instructors are authorized to cancel a flight due to weather conditions. 1. 1 : INSURANCE ABOVE instructors are professionally insured for tandem flights. Customers are not obliged to take out their own insurance. However, if the customer considers that the professional's insurance coverage is insufficient, he/she may take out additional insurance for this activity. 1. 2 : REGISTRATION Registration is made by telephone, mail or e-mail. At the time of registration, ABOVE staff will provide information about the activity, as well as the time and place of the appointment, the price and the means of payment. 1. 3 : PAYMENT Registration must be accompanied by payment of the full price of the service, by bank transfer, cash or cheque to ABOVE. Payment constitutes conclusion of the contract. 1. 4 : CANCELLATION Service not dated : The French Consumer Code gives consumers the right to withdraw from an online purchase for a period of 7 days from acceptance of the offer, allowing them to obtain a refund or exchange of the product. The purchase refers to an undated service in the form of a gift voucher valid for up to 12 months, which is offered via the ABOVE website, on which all information relating to purchase and validity procedures can be found.
